RETURN POLICY

Returns
For store credit or even exchange, Pillow Talk Design accepts unused, unwashed/un-dry cleaned and undamaged pillow covers purchased online at pillowtalkdesign.com within 10 days from date of purchase. Customer is responsible for shipping costs back to Pillow Talk Design. A store credit will be applied for any balance due to customer for uneven exchanges.

Final sale items such as pillow inserts and fabric swatches are not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit. We suggest ordering a fabric swatch if you are unsure about the color or pattern on any area of the fabric.

  

Exchanges
We're happy to accept your pillow cover exchange within 10 days from date of purchase, in an unused, unwashed/un-dry cleaned and undamaged condition. Please contact us at askus@pillowtalkdesign.com for such requests. Once your items have been received, we will email your store credit notification within 1-3 business days.
